Mindfulness is a lovely concept that can keep us in the here and now. It is being in the present moment without judgement. It allows for us to let go of worries about the past and worries about the future. There are several ways that we can practice mindfulness in our day to day experiences. One simple way to start this practice is to observe our environment using our senses. What do we see, hear, smell, feel, taste in the moment we are in. This is a great grounding technique and can help calm our nervous system a bit. Try it out and drop me a message about your experience!
